The Real Sink

Filling a large glass full of beer, an empty shot glass then needs to be placed in the beer so that it floats.
Players then begin taking turns to pour some spirit into the floating glass. The player can pour any amount of the spirit and it can be a drink that they choose. The player who sinks the shot glass must then take a pre-agreed amount of the penalty drink (the large beer glass now containing a cocktail of spirits).
Since there will be plenty of drink still left in the main glass, the game continues and becomes stronger and stronger as more spirits sink into it by way of the shot glass.
