Bluff Me

As the name suggests, this drinking game requires a lot of bluffing. It is played with cards and five of these are dealt to each of the participants and then the cards remaining from the deck are laid out on the table. Every card laid out on the table represents two fingers of drink.

The game begins when the dealer turns over a card lying on the table and players then look at their hand of five cards. If the card revealed on the table has the same value as a card they are holding then they can choose another player to drink two fingers worth.

The catch to the game is that players do not need to show the card in their hand to prove that they are not lying, so this is where the bluffing part comes in. If the player nominated to drink thinks his opponent is bluffing, he can shout ‘bluff me!’ and the player must then reveal the card. If it turns out that the player was telling the truth then the victim must drink four fingers worth of beer but if the player was indeed bluffing, then the bluffer needs to drink that quantity instead.
